BIO:

As a Vice President, Regional Market Representative, Justin Bennett directs capital investment activities and manages the leasing activities in our Houston region.

Mr. Bennett brings over a decade of commercial real estate experience to DCT. In that decade, he developed over 3M square feet of industrial and office properties. Before joining DCT in April 2010, Mr. Bennett was a Senior Development Manager at Panattoni Development Company, where he developed markets in Northern California and Houston. Prior to his work there, Mr. Bennett was a practicing commercial real estate attorney with a prominent firm in Northern California.

Mr. Bennett currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Houston Chapter of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association and is a member of the Houston Chapter of Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. He is also an active volunteer and member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
