Bio
As a Vice President, Regional Market Representative, Kyle Patterson is responsible for the Dallas market.

Mr. Patterson brings over nine years of commercial real estate experience to DCT. Prior to joining DCT in October 2011, he worked with Industrial Development International (IDI) as a Development Analyst. While there, Mr. Patterson assisted in the financial and market analyses of 2.3M square feet of speculative development in Memphis and Nashville. Before his work at IDI, Mr. Patterson served as ProLogis’s Senior Marketing Representative for Dallas and Houston. In six years, Mr. Patterson successfully negotiated over 220 lease transactions, representing $75 million in total gross consideration.

Mr. Patterson received his B.B.A. with a double major in Finance and Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University.
