BIO:

As a Regional Vice President for DCT Industrial, Todd Watson oversees the leasing, acquisition, and development of approximately 2.5M square feet of buildings in Central Florida and 762,000 square feet in South Florida. Mr. Watson recently acquired over 470,000 square feet of buildings in Central Florida and a 100,000 square foot building in South Florida. Additionally, Mr. Watson sourced the purchase of 14 acres in Miami, which will become two buildings measuring approximately 335,000 square feet.

Mr. Watson brings almost ten years of experience to DCT. Before joining our team two years ago, he worked for both Liberty Property Trust and Lincoln Property Company.

He is the past Chairman of Downtown South Redevelopment Corporation, the Orange County Nuisance Abatement Board, and an active member of the Florida Bar and NAIOP. Mr. Watson received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida and a B.S. from Florida State. He and his wife Lisa have two young children, Kate and Matthew.
