BIO:

As Director of Leasing for DCT Industrial Trust, Mr. Hedges manages the marketing and leasing of our Houston portfolio, which features our light industrial and bulk industrial product, serving over 150 customers.  He also oversees our third-party broker and customer relationships in Houston.

Prior to joining our team in 2010, Mr. Hedges was an Industrial Broker for CBRE and
NAI, where he represented institutional owners and corporate clients in
hundreds of lease transactions.

Mr. Hedges received his B.A. from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth,
Texas.
