    Welcome to the website (“Site”) of DCT Industrial Trust Inc. (“DCT”, “we”, “us” and/or “our”). DCT is a leading real estate company specializing in the ownership, development, acquisition, leasing and management of industrial properties in high-demand markets in the U.S. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use Personal Data (defined below) and other information that is collected when you visit the Site.

    When you visit or interact with the Site, we may collect the following information from or about you:

         Personal Data: When you contact us or request information from us on the Investor Relations page of the Site, we may collect your name, mailing address, email address, fax number, institution and/or mobile phone number. By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data, you consent to our use of it consistent with this Privacy Policy. You also acknowledge and consent that such Personal Data may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of DCT and authorized third parties located in the United States where privacy laws may differ from those of the country in which you are located.

    Other Information:
         Non-Personal Data: When you interact with DCT through the Site, we automatically receive and store certain non-Personal Data. This information alone, such as your IP address and information collected through cookies (described in greater detail below), cannot presently identify you. If we combine this data with other information that can identify you, we will treat it like Personal Data. The Site may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of visitors to our Site, and the domain names of our visitors’ Internet service providers.
